What is your minimum contract term? +

Our minimum management term is 6 months, after which either party can give 30 days notice. We prefer relationships built on performance, not lock-in.

Are there any hidden fees? +

No. Our pricing is transparent and fixed. Everything we do — tenant management, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance management (including licensing applications), and legal support — is included in your agreed fee. No surprises.

How do you achieve such low arrears rates? +

Rigorous referencing upfront, automated rent collection via PayProp, and early-intervention protocols. We contact tenants proactively the moment rent is late — not weeks after the fact.

Do you manage HMOs? +
