We didn't start in property management. We started as landlords β€” frustrated, underserved landlords who knew there had to be a better way.

With nearly 20 years of combined landlord experience, we'd seen it all: agents who lost keys, ignored tenants, missed compliance deadlines, and charged for services they never delivered.

Mo's background as a medical doctor brings analytical rigour, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting things right the first time. Charley's operational experience at Aldi, Costa, and Amazon means our systems are built for consistency, scale, and zero dropped balls.

Mo and Charley begin their landlord journeys independently β€” buying, renovating, and letting properties across Liverpool and the Northwest. Nearly two decades of hands-on experience shapes their view of what good management looks like.
