Call 999, then National Gas Emergency on 0800 111 999. Open windows, don't switch anything on/off. Then call us.

Flood or Burst Pipe
Turn off water at the stopcock immediately. Then call us on 0738 354 7441. We'll arrange emergency repair.

No Heating in Winter
Contact us immediately. We treat heating loss as urgent during cold months and aim for same-day response.

Security Breach
Broken door or window compromising security? If you feel unsafe, call 999. Then call us for emergency boarding/repair.
